Shipping & Delivery Information

Shipping:
- Products are shipped via standard ground delivery method within 3 to 7 working days. If for any reason your order cannot be shipped within this timeframe, our Customer Service Associate will contact and notify you with a status.
- Orders are processed through our contracted third party distribution centers and vendors.
- Manufacturer delays may extend lead times in rare cases.
- For quality purposes, products shipped may be opened for inspection and/or to add extra packaging to secure the contents. This may be loose foam, cardboard, peanuts, paper, etc.
- If multiple products purchased, they may be combined and shipped in a single box.
- Orders are shipped only to the shipping address provided to us.
- We use signature service US Postal Service, FedEx Ground, and UPS Ground as our shipping providers.
- We insure (insurance) all our shipments.
- For large, heavy and oversized purchases, orders may be shipped on a pallet through freight carrier services.
- No express or rush delivery service is offered at this time.
- Due to shipping arrangements with our distribution centers and vendors, we cannot ship to Post Office Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.
- No gift wrapping service is offered at this time.
- We cannot cancel an order once it has been shipped out.
- FREE SHIPPING is valid for the 48 Contiguous United States Only. Please E-mail us to request shipping charges for Alaska, Hawaii, and International shipping.
Delivery:
Upon shipping, please allow 3 to 6 working days for delivery to take. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and Internationally may take more time. Large, heavy, and oversized orders may take longer for delivery.
- All of our orders require indirect or direct signature before your order is dropped off to you.
- Duty, customs, and/or brokerage fees is the direct responsibility of the customer (International customers only).
